"Whilst being in lockdown has had its restrictions, my progress through Gok’s support, advice and expertise has only improved. With Gok I have seen a 16kg weight loss and have maintained at a weight for the last 2-2.5 months. I am looking forward to getting back into the gym whenever we can to learn from Gok on the fundamentals of strength training and powerlifting to try and build muscle, improve my physique but most importantly build functional strength. Gok has helped me massively along the way advising me on my diet and nutrition, when and how to incorporate active recovery and stretching / flexibility into my weekly workout schedule to ensure that when I have a session with Gok every week I am able to attack it with all the strength that I have and I am fully refreshed. Honestly the best experience with a personal trainer I have had. He puts you at ease so you don’t even realise how much you accomplish by the end of the session! "I have been working with Gok for month and half. During this time he has motivated me to change habits and challenged me to achieve physical limits that have restricted me from losing weight, increasing my activity. Gok does this in a very positive way. My sessions are an hour but don’t seem it, since he makes it fun ( exercise and fun never went together in my thought process). His positivity encourages me to work outside of his session. Bring on 50! Hopefully I’ll feel like a 30 year old"

He works with such passion and unlike other trainers he didn’t restrict me with my diet, good carbs were my friends, and exercise became part of a lifestyle through walking. Every week he kept a weight check and made sure I kept on track and I can truly say I enjoyed training in the lead up to my wedding without the hunger pains and mood swings. I love training and Goks is now a solid friend! Can only thank him for making me feel as great as I did and still do"
